Rejeki Intan Mart is seeking a motivated Assistant Civil Engineer to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will assist in the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with our senior engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of project plans, drawings, and specifications.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.,Prepare reports and documentation for projects.,Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment.,Participate in meetings and provide input on project-related matters.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.,Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.,Good understanding of construction materials and methods.,Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Tetun (desirable).
