TRACE Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from inventory management to logistics coordination. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and processes.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to warehouse operations.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
