📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment, including boom pumps and truck mixers, in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Monitor concrete delivery schedules and adjust operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with concrete pumping equipment, working closely with the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and local construction guidelines.
• Provide technical support to project teams, offering expertise in concrete pumping operations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate concrete delivery and minimize downtime.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concrete Pump Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Valid driver's license (preferred) and experience operating construction equipment.
• Certification in concrete pumping operations (e.g., CPO Certification) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of concrete pumping equipment, including boom pumps, truck mixers, and related accessories.
• Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure construction environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) is a plus.
