Hokian Zahra Auto Service is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Deputy Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and supporting the accountant in various financial tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the accounting field while working in a growing and reputable company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Support the accountant in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Participate in the preparation of audit schedules and assist in the audit process.,Perform other duties as assigned by the accountant or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
