📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with driving hours and rest periods.,Maintain and update vehicle records, including fuel consumption, mileage, and service history.,Coordinate with vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs, and negotiate contracts as needed.,Monitor fleet performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Provide support to the operations team for vehicle deployment and logistics planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
