PT Teknologi Astrid is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and at the restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Oversee the restaurant's daily operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and table service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and complies with all local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment for customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, inventory management, and customer service.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
