📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Participate in training and development programs for staff,Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with restaurant operations and management software,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
