📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and video interviews.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
