📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all company sites, ensuring they are operational and efficient.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure safety.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement site improvement plans to enhance performance and productivity.,Monitor site performance metrics and report findings to management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide technical support and training to site staff as needed.,Participate in company meetings and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage and maintain sites effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
