📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
