As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of coffee and the coffee industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
