📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and order fulfillment.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor warehouse metrics such as throughput, accuracy, and efficiency to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
