📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the cashier in handling daily transactions and customer inquiries.
  • Manage cash and inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash counts and reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or cash handling environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
