📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the department.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage department budget and resources effectively.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain high service standards.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and practices.,Proven track record of improving department performance and customer satisfaction.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
