Cafe Tono Sate is looking for a dedicated Deputy Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our cafe. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the cafe,Prepare and submit financial reports to the Finance Manager,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts,Provide support to the Finance Manager in financial analysis,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
