📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.,Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
