Digital Surya Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment management, and a passion for creating a safe and sustainable work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Investigate and report on incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.,Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure continuous improvement of HSE practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a similar industry.,Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and ability to commute to the workplace.
