Resto Dian Spareparts is seeking a skilled Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality control.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Preparing and analyzing samples according to established procedures and protocols.,Documenting test results and maintaining accurate records in the laboratory information management system (LIMS).,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality improvement initiatives.,Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Troubleshooting and resolving laboratory equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.,Providing technical support and training to laboratory staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instruments, and equipment.,Familiarity with quality control principles and methodologies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Professional and ethical conduct, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
