📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashier operations and ensure accurate and efficient transactions.,Manage a team of cashiers and provide training and support as needed.,Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor cash balances and reconcile discrepancies as necessary.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier or retail operations.,Proven leadership experience with a strong background in team management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and financial software.,High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with additional certifications in customer service or retail management.
