📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to prevent delays and shortages.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Identify and implement improvements to production processes and methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
