In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill various positions within the company. You will also be involved in the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking systems.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
