Home Easy Unggul is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with the central office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Experience with remote management and team coordination.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.
