Sumber Hana Dental Clinic is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our dental products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for dental products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and troubleshooting guides,Write and edit content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials,Assist in the development of training materials for staff,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with dental terminology and products,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills
