📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and support.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.,Provide product knowledge and information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.,Assist in the organization and coordination of trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.,Support the sales team in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.,Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role in the furniture industry or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
