📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.,Handle customer inquiries and banking services with professionalism and efficiency.,Monitor and control cash flow to prevent any financial discrepancies.,Prepare and submit financial reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously.,Maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash handling and banking services.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial procedures.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Valid bank license and certification in cash handling.
