📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure the safety of the community.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents promptly.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
  • Investigate and document security breaches or incidents.
  • Conduct background checks and verify the credentials of new residents or visitors.
  • Maintain communication with local law enforcement agencies.
  • Provide assistance to residents in case of emergencies or security concerns.
  • Participate in security drills and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations and management.
  • Knowledge of security systems, surveillance technology, and emergency response procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid security clearance and certification.
  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
