Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to help them maximize the value of our products.,Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that our clients are getting the most out of our products.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the technology industry to ensure that we are providing our clients with the most innovative and effective solutions.,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives to help us create the best possible products for our clients.,Provide training and support to our clients to ensure that they are able to use our products effectively and efficiently.,Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that we are providing our clients with the best possible experience.,Attend and participate in industry conferences and events to network with other professionals and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the technology industry.,Strong knowledge of database management systems and software development tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with Navicat products is a plus.,Ability to travel to client sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
