As a Supply Chain Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability and quality of spare parts,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners,Analyze and report on supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies,Provide support to the logistics team in managing warehouse operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian market and industry trends is an advantage
