📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
