📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify data anomalies and inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement data quality rules and standards using tools such as Talend Data Quality, Informatica, or Alteryx.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality standards are met.
• Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor data quality metrics.
• Implement data cleansing and enrichment processes to improve data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide data quality training and support to internal teams to promote best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data quality technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data quality analysis and management.
• Proven experience with data quality tools such as Talend Data Quality, Informatica, or Alteryx.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
