📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support legal cases and transactions.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Assist in contract management, including negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Perform compliance checks and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update legal databases and case files.
• Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal research, paralegal work, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw, HeinOnline, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
