📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems in accordance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards across all project sites in Bali.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees and contractors on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international environmental standards.
• Investigate and manage HSE incidents, accidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into all project phases, from planning to execution.
• Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations, industry trends, and best practices in the renewable energy sector.
• Work closely with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure HSE objectives are met and communicated effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Professional certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
